Engine Runs Rough After Refueling: Purge Flooding vs Canister Saturation
A rough restart, rich stumble, or shaky idle right after adding fuel usually means vapor is entering the intake when it should not. In practice, that pushes a purge valve that will not seal, an overfilled canister, or an EVAP pressure/vent problem much higher than random ignition guesses.
